Carol Ann Chapman

      Carol Ann Chapman, 73, of Fairfield, died Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

      A service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Fairfield, with the Rev. Suzanne Swahn officiating. Interment will follow in Dibble Cemetery.

      Family visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

      Memorials may be made to First Christian Church in Fairfield. Cards and memorials may be sent to 12344 Geneva Street, ?Indianola 50125.

      Mrs. Chapman was born Dec. 16, 1934, in Keosauqua, the daughter of Ira and Lola G. Clark Pratt. She married Donald D. Chapman May 14, 1955, in Fairfield. He died Aug. 30, 2006.
