Carolyn Ann Juhl
Carolyn Ann Juhl, 80, of Clear Lake, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2006, at Good Shepherd Care Center in Mason City.
A service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Mason City, with the Rev. Kris Snyder officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant View Cemetery in Thornton.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel in Clear Lake and from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Memorials may be made to a Carolyn Ann Juhl memorial fund.
