Carrol D. Griggs
CEDAR RAPIDS-Carrol D. Griggs, 69, of Cedar Rapids, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2003, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 24, at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories in Cedar Rapids, with the Rev. John Rosenberg officiating. memorials may be directed to a charity of one's choice.
Mr. Griggs was born on March 12, 1934, in West Chester, to Harold and Hazel (Walters) Griggs. He married Suzanne S. Smith on Sept. 4 1965, in Cedar Rapids.
