Catherine A. Feehan June 30, 1924 - June 5, 2004

Catherine Almeda Feehan, 79, of Salem, died Saturday, June 5, 2004, at her home.

      The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 9 at the Beatty Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, with pastor Dean Graber officiating. Burial will be in Green Mound Cemetery near Trenton. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 8 at the funeral home, with family present from 6:30 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established to Great River Hospice.

Survivors include three daughters, Connie A. and her husband Gary Henry and Becky Jo Barnes, both of Carman, Ill., and Pamela S. Scott of Salem; a son, Robert E. Barnes of Salem; three stepdaughters, Ilene Duncan of Salem, Carla and her husband Jerry Woodsmall of Lockridge, and Linda and her husband Dan Weir of Rome; two stepsons, Steven and his wife Judy Feehan of Salem, and John and his wife Linda Feehan of Mt. Pleasant; a brother, William Bollinger, Jr. of Barstow, Calif.; a sister, Anna Marie Woodsmall of Salem; and 22 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

      She was preceded in death by her husbands, four brothers and a grandchild.
