Cathy E. Judd August 22, 1954 - January 24, 2004

Cathy Eileen Judd, 49, of Mt. Pleasant, died on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2004, at her home following a two-year battle with cancer.

      The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 28 at the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt. Pleasant. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at the chapel, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established.

Survivors include a son, Donni Rooks of Mt. Pleasant; two daughters, Wendi Rooks of Burlington, and Heidi and her husband Tom Hasty of Fort Madison; her father, of Burlington; six grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Anderson of Donnellson, and Mary Logan of Burlington; and a brother, Eugene and his wife Mardelle Campbell of Denver, Colo.

      She was preceded in death by her mother.
