Cecil E. Ruggles
Cecil E. Ruggles, 75, of Perry and formerly of Mt. Pleasant, Hedrick and Ottumwa, died at 8:23 p.m. on April 4, 2002, at the Perry Lutheran Home.
The funeral service was at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 8, at the Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa with the Rev. David Albert officiating. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery with military rites by Arendt-Bowlin-Stubbs American Legion Post #83. Memorials may be made to Living Hope Bible Church in Eldon, care of Reece Funeral Home at 607 East Second Street, Ottumwa, Iowa 52501.
