Cecil E. Ruggles
OTTUMWA - Cecil E. Ruggles, 75, of Perry, and formerly of Hedrick and Ottumwa, died Thursday, April 4, 2002, at Perry Lutheran Home in Perry.
Funeral services were held today at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa, with the Rev. David Albert officiating. Burial with military rites accorded by the Arendt-Bowlin-Stubbs Post No. 83 of the American Legion was in Hillcrest Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Living Hope Bible Church in Eldon.
