Cecil R. Kelley
KALONA - Cecil R. Kelley, 78, of Wellman, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008, at Washington County Hospital in Washington, following surgery.
The body has been cremated. Burial will be at a later date. According to Mr. Kelley's wishes, there will be no services or visitation. Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Kelley was born May 11, 1930, in Kalona, the son of Roy and Anna (Ossman) Kelley. He married Donna Nayadley on June 28, 1951, in Fairfield Methodist Church.
