Cedric E. Ulin
WELLMAN-Cedric E. Ulin, 82, of Wellman, died Wednesday, May 21, 2003, in Iowa City, following a lengthy illness.
Graveside memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, May 23, at Wellman Cemetery, with the Rev. Mike Orthel officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, at Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Memorials may be directed to the Wellman Fire Department and the Wellman Ambulance.
