Cedric H. Ruggles
Cedric H. Ruggles, 77, of Fairfield, died Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at home.
A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at First Methodist Church in Fairfield, with the Rev. Mike Metz officiating. The body has been cremated. Inurnment will be at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery.
Family visitation will be from 2-3:30 p.m. Sunday.

Mr. Ruggles was born Dec. 15, 1931, in Packwood, the son of Orville and Ruby B. Hale Ruggles. He married Dixie Blair Nov. 13, 1951.
