Chad Michael Triska
BRIGHTON - Chad Michael Triska, the infant son of Ronald G. Triska and Crystal G. Ford of Brighton, died Monday afternoon, Oct. 15, 2001, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at the First Church of God in Brighton, with the Rev. Kitch Schatzer officiating. Burial will be in Crawfordsville Cemetery in Crawfordsville. Visitation will be held immediately before the funeral at the church, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Saturday. A general memorial has been established for the family. Gould Funeral Home in Brighton is in charge of arrangements.
