Charla Rae Mead
Charla Rae Mead, 57, of Washington, died Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011, in the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Iowa City.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, Dec. 12, 2011, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Washington with President Doug Campbell officiating. The body has been cremated and the remains will be buried at a later date. A general memorial fund has been established. Beatty Funeral Home in Washington is handling the arrangements.
