Charlene Thane Weaver
WELLMAN-Charlene Thane Weaver, 24, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Wellman, died Thursday, Nov. 6, 2003, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Ariz., from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
Services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 13, at 10 a.m., at Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City, with the Rev. Tim Zimmermann officiating. Burial will be in Wellman Public Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 4 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home. A general memorial has been established.
Miss Weaver was born on June 18, 1979, in Fairfield, to Kenneth and Paula Lynn (Brereton) Weaver.
