Charles A. Waldschmidt

      RIVERSIDE-Charles A. Waldschmidt, 76, of Riverside, died Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at home, following a lengthy illness.

      A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 6, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Riverside, with the Rev. Rich Adam officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Riverside with full military rites accorded by Riverside V.F.W. Post 6414. Following services at the cemetery, a time of food and fellowship will be held at St. Mary's Parish Center. Visitation will be held today, from 4 to 7 p.m., with a 7 p.m.

      Mr. Waldschmidt was born on April 19, 1927, in Riverside, to George and Albana (Ehl) Waldschmidt. On Jan. 18, 1951, he married Cora Wilkinson in Riverside.
