Charles ?Chuck? Lewis
RICHLAND ? Charles ?Chuck? Lewis, 61, of Burlington, formerly of Ottumwa, died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011, in the Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City, Kan., during a return trip from California.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, at the Linby Baptist Church with the Rev. David Peterson officiating. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery near Martinsburg. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at Gould Funeral Home in Richland, where the family will be present from 3 to 4:30 p.m. A general memorial has been established.
