Charles Eckhardt
KALONA - Charles Eckhardt, 86, of rural Wellman, died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2001, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with the Rev. Nancy English officiating. Burial will be in Wellman Public Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. A general memorial fund has been established.
