Charles Edgar ?Chuck? Hootman, 82, of Washington, died Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, in the Parkview Manor in Wellman.
Services will be held at a later date. A memorial fund has been established for the HCI Hospice of Mount Pleasant. The Beatty Funeral Home in Washington is handling arrangements.
