Charles Fredrick 'Fred' Niece
RICHLAND - Charles Fredrick "Fred" Niece, 92, of Fairfield, and formerly of Richland, died Friday, Aug. 30, 2002, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services were held today at Richland United Methodist Church in Richland, with the Rev. Shirley Hoffmann Will officiating. Burial was in Forest Home Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant. Memorials may be directed to Richland United Methodist Church. Gould Funeral Home in Richland was in charge of arrangements.
