Charles J. 'Charlie Joe' Bartz
QUINCY, Ill. - Charles J. "Charlie Joe" Bartz, 69, of Quincy, Ill., died Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009, in Blessing Hospital in Quincy.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home in Quincy, Ill., with the Rev. Tom Waters officiating. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Bartz was born Dec. 2, 1939, in Washington, the son of Virginia (Bartz) Kaylor and her husband Jesse B. Kaylor. He married Jeanette Christ on July 1, 1959, in Quincy, Ill.
