Charles J. Reed

      Charles J. Reed, 88, of Richland, died early Sunday, April 22, 2007, at home.

      A service is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church in Richland, with the Rev. Charles J. Fladung officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery.

      Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, with Prayers for a Christian Wake beginning at 7 p.m., at the church.

      Memorials have been established to the Richland Fire Department and Richland First Responders.

      Gould Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

      Mr. Reed was born Sept. 29, 1918, in rural Ollie, the son of Sam and Mary Sieren Reed. He married Louise Peck Oct. 10, 1942, in Clear Creek Catholic Church. She died June 19, 1997.
