Charles Neumann Boyer
FORT MADISON - Charles Neumann Boyer, 86, of Washington, formerly of Fort Madison, died Friday, June 13, 2008, in his home in Washington.
The body has been cremated. Services and burial will be held in Golden, Colo., at a later date. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Fort Madison. Barr Memorial Chapel in Fort Madison is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Boyer was born Sept. 7, 1921 in Tracy, Minn., the son of Charles Franklin and Florence (Neumann) Boyer. He married Edna Elaine Wilhelm on Dec. 29, 1941 in Kahoka, Mo., She died July 29, 1996. He married Wanda Owen Perry on Sept. 13, 1997 in Fort Madison.
