Charles Ray Morgan
RICHLAND - Charles Ray Morgan, 71, formerly of Rubio, died Friday, Dec. 21, 2001, at Veterans Medical Center in Knoxville, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services were held this morning at Gould Funeral Home in Richland, with the Rev. Paul Baiotto and Carol Long officiating. Burial was in the Richland Friends Cemetery. American Legion Post No. 504 conducted military rites at the cemetery.
Memorial funds have been established for the Wayland Volunteer First Responders and Richland American Legion Post No. 504.
