Charles Wayne Buzzard

Charles Wayne Buzzard, 65, of Stockport died at 12:04 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13, 2006, in the Van Buren County Hospital emergency room in Keosauqua.

      A service is set for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at First Church of the Nazarene in Fairfield, with the Rev. Howard Innis officiating. Burial with military rites by the Elvin E. Cecil American Legion Post will be in Purdom Cemetery in Keosauqua.

      Open visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with family present from 3-4 p.m. and 7-8 p.m. Memorials to First Church of the Nazarene or the Stockport Public Library may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 715 Union St., Stockport 52651.

      Mr. Buzzard was born Aug. 15, 1940, near Martinsville, Mo., the son of James W. and Josie Swartz Buzzard. He married Anna "Annie" Glenn May 24, 1958, in Bethany, Mo.
