Charley Walters
Charley Walters, 84, of New London, died at the University of Iowa Hospital Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2006.
Visitation will be at Elliot Chapel, New London, Saturday, Feb. 4, from 3 to 4 p.m.
Celebration of life will be at Elliott Chapel, Saturday, Feb. 4, at 4 p.m., with his nephew, Jeff Walters as celebrant. According to his wishes, his body has been cremated. Burial will be at a later date. A memorial has been established for cancer research.
Mr. Walters was born May 30, 1921, in Ellston, son of Bunker M. and Eulalia Watts Walters.
