Chester Crosby
BRIGHTON - Chester Crosby, 74, of Pleasant Plain, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2008, in Washington Care Center in Washington.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25, in the Pleasant Plain Friends Church with the Rev. Stan Bauer officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Plain Friends Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 10 to 11 a.m. in the church before the service. Gould Funeral Home in Brighton is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Brighton Volunteer First Responders.
Mr. Crosby was born in South Sioux City, Neb., the son of Franklin and Alice (Hanson) Crosby. He married Janet Hanshaw on July 13, 1963, in Brighton.
