Chris Eugene Watson, 60, of Hillsboro, passed away Thursday, September 30, 2021, at Henry County Health Center.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

A memorial has been established and can be mailed to Robin Hoaglin, 33903 145th Street, Hillsboro, IA 52630.

Chris was born February 10, 1961, in Fairfield, to Jerry and Valarie (Greiner) Watson.

Chris served in the Army National Guard and worked at Walmart Distribution as a fork lift operator. Chris enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved spending time with family & friends at Oakland Mills.

Chris survived by his two daughters, Jessica Ware and Maria Watson; father, Jerry Watson; his siblings, Gary Watson, Robin (Jeff) Hoaglin, Sandra (Mike) Skirvin and Butch (Stephanie) Watson; two stepsiblings, Shawn Nelson and Kim McClaran.

He was preceded in death by his stepmom, Dee.
