Clair Dean Johnson
KALONA-Clair Dean Johnson, 69, of Morning Sun, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2007, after a lingering illness, at Morning Sun Care Center in Morning Sun.
Graveside services will be at a later date. Mr. Johnson's body has been donated to the University of Iowa Hospitals and will be cremated. Burial will be in Columbus City Cemetery in Louisa County. There will be no visitation. A general memorial fund has been established. Peterseim Funeral Service in Kalona is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Johnson was born Aug. 29, 1938, in Rock Island, Ill., to Clair and Dorothy (Reid) Johnson.
