Clair J. Pietz
Clair J. Peitz, 85, of West Point, died Thursday, Feb. 5, at the West Point Care Center.
His body has been cremated. Private family services will be held at a later date.
A memorial has been established; contributions may be sent to Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home, PO Box 22, West Point, IA 52656.
He was born Dec. 29, 1923, in West Point, the son of Joseph and Louise Naschert Peitz. On Aug. 18, 1951, he married Elaine Eggers in West Point.
