Clara Guthrie
LONE TREE - Clara Guthrie, 84, of Lone Tree, died Monday, Aug. 1, 2005, at Windmill Manor in Coralville, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 5, at Sorden-Lewis Funeral Home in Lone Tree. Burial will be in Lone Tree Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, Aug. 4, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to Lone Tree Fire and Rescue.
Mrs. Guthrie was born on May 20, 1921, in Pocahontas, to Claus and Trintje (Dornath) Ziegler. On Dec. 20, 1942, she married Clyde Guthrie in Yuma, Ariz.
