Clara Reeves

      Clara Ena Reeves, 95, of Washington, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005, at United Presbyterian Home in Washington.

      Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 14, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Richard Boyd officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in rural Washington. Visitation will begin at noon on Thursday, at the funeral home, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 7 that evening. Memorials may be directed to Pleasant Hill Christian Church or United Presbyterian Home.

      Mrs. Reeves was born on Sept. 13, 1909, in Walnut Township in Jefferson County, to Walter David and Cora Lucretia (Saunders) Fichtner. On Oct. 10, 1928, she married Ray Alvin Reeves in Brighton.
