Clara Smith George

      Clara Smith George, 90, died Sunday evening, Nov. 4, 2007, at Maplewood Manor in Keota.

      A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Richland United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Kim Gates officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Richland Friends Cemetery. Mrs. George bequeathed her body to the University of Iowa Department of Anatomy.

      Visitation with the family will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the church's fellowship hall.

      Arrangements are in the care of Gould Funeral Home of Richland.

      In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Richland United Methodist Church or Richland Public Library and may be sent to Fredrick George, 5528 154th PL SW, Edmonds, WA 98026, or Kathryn Kuhlman, P.O. Box 64, Keota 52248.
