Clementine L. Strabala,

      IOWA CITY - Clementine L. Strabala, 95, of Iowa City died Wednesday, March 7, 2007 in Atrium Village in Hills following a short illness.

      Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 10 in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Iowa City with the Rev. Ed Fitzpatrick officiating. Burial will be in St. Vincent Cemetery in Riverside. A luncheon at St. Mary's Parish Hall in Iowa City will follow the committal. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday in Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service, Iowa City, where a vigil service will be held at 7 p.m. Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Church, Iowa City or Atrium Village, Hills.

      Mrs. Strabala was born Sept. 1, 1911 in Riverside, the daughter of Charles and Philomena (Sueppel) Scherrer. She married John C. Strabala on Aug. 5, 1930 in St. Mary's Church, Iowa City.
