Clyde Hershberger

      KALONA - Clyde Hershberger, 94, of Kalona died Thursday, April 26, 2007 in Mercy Hospital, Iowa City, following a short illness.

      Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, April 30 in the Kalona Mennonite Church in Kalona with the Rev. Scott Swartzendruber and the Rev. Mick Murray officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona where the family will be present from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Sharon Hill Cemetery in Kalona. Memorials may be made to the Pleasantview Home or the Kalona Mennonite Church.

      Mr. Hershberger was born Nov. 1, 1912 in Dorchester, Neb., the son of Ammon and Lydia (Gascho) Hershberger. He married Ollie Brenneman on Sept. 18, 1938 in West Union Church.
