Cody A. Faulkner
Cody A. Faulkner, 12, of Kahoka, Mo., died Saturday, May 19, at the University Hospital Cancer Ward in Iowa City, from complications of cancer and a rare genetic disease known as Fragile X.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 24, at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka, with the Rev. Ernest Deatrick officiating. Burial will follow in the Ballard Cemetery near Kahoka. Friends can call at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka after 9 a.m. Thursday, with family receiving friends from 1 p.m. until time of services. Memorials are to the family.
