Connie S. Muschamp April 2, 1946 - July 11, 2005

      Connie Sue Muschamp, 59, of Burlington, died at 10:27 p.m. Monday, July 11,2005, at Great River Medical Center' Klein Center in West Burlington.

      The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 16 at Prugh's Chapel in Burlington, with the Rev. Alan Ourth officiating. Visitation will begin after noon on Thursday, July 14 at the chapel, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 15. A memorial has been established to Alzheimer's research.

Survivors include her mother of Burlington; a son, Ronald Lee Sims Jr. of North English; a daughter, Bobbie Jo Canseco of Mt. Pleasant; five grandchildren; and a sister, Donna Bowman of Memphis, Tenn.

      She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
