Dale Gerot

RIVERSIDE - Dale Gerot, 59, of Riverside, died Monday, June 30, 2008, in the University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City following an aneurysm.

      Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 3 in the Trinity United Methodist Church in Riverside with the Rev. Betsy Neipert officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today in the Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Riverside. A memorial fund has been established.

      Mr. Gerot was born Feb. 25, 1949 in Iowa City, the son of Guy Frank and Ethel (Seering) Gerot. He married Pam Eckrich on June 20, 1987 in Riverside.
