Dale Keith Caldwell

      Dale Keith Caldwell, 78, of Washington, died Saturday, July 30, 2005, at McCreedy Home, following a heart attack.

      Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 3, at United Presbyterian Church in Washington, with the Rev. Robert Wollenberg officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., following a Masonic service at 6 p.m. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for the American Heart Association or the Diabetes Foundation.

      Mr. Caldwell was born July 22, 1927, in Washington to Howard and Gladys (Scranton) Caldwell. He married Donna Hughes in Washington on Aug. 12, 1951. She preceded him in death in 2002.
