Daniel Lee Wasko

Daniel "Dan" Lee Wasko, 54, of 577 Crestview Ave., Ottumwa, died at 2:50 p.m. Dec. 24, 2008 at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center.

He was born June 18, 1954 in Ottumwa to John and Ethel Shadduck Wasko. He married Elaine Marie Davis on May 27, 1978 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ottumwa. He later married Bonnie Farrington Aug. 20, 2008 in Niagara Falls, N.Y.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 28, at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A Christian Wake service will be held at 8 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 29, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ottumwa with Rev. John Spiegel celebrating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Ottumwa.

Memorials may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church or the American Heart Association.
