Daniel Marvin Moore April 27, 1950 - June 21, 2003

Daniel M. Moore, 53, 412 North Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, died Saturday, June 21, 2003, at his residence.

      A funeral service for Daniel Moore will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Wednesday, June 25, at the First Baptist Church, 100 East Webster Street, Mt. Pleasant. The Reverend Charles Comfort, retired pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant, with full military honors. Friends may call from 12 Noon to 9:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 24, at the Weir Funeral Home, 213 North Main Street, Mt. Pleasant. The family will be present to receive friends from 6-9 P.M. today. The casket will remain closed.

       Those thankful for sharing in Daniel's life are his wife of over 25 years, Regina of Mt. Pleasant; his son and daughter, Jamie Moore and Brooke Moore, both of Mt. Pleasant; a brother and his wife, David J. and Doreen Moore of Ham Lake, MN, and a sister and her husband, Dee Cheryl and David Mick of Brainerd, MN.

      Daniel is preceded in death by his mother, who died Tuesday., April 11, 1989 at the Henry County Health Center in Mt. Pleasant, and his father, who died Monday, July 15, 2002, at his residence on South Locust Street in Mt. Pleasant.
