Danny 'Bayou' Boline

Danny "Bayou" Boline, 51, of Morning Sun, died Sunday, April 3, 2005, at his home in Morning Sun, following a brave struggle with cancer.

      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 7 at the United Methodist Church in Morning Sun, with the Rev. Jack Edmisson officiating. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 7:30 p.m. at the Hagele and Honts Funeral Home in Morning Sun, with family present from 6 to 7:30 p.m. A memorial has been established.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Damon Boline and his finance Charity Schadt of Mt. Pleasant; three stepsons, Randy and his wife Tammy Faulker and Eric and Tammy Faulkner of Morning Sun, and Shawn and his wife Katie Steward of Clarksville, Tenn.; a granddaughter and seven step-grandchildren; five brothers, Bill of Morning Sun, Richard of Burlington, Robert and Harold, both of Wapello, and Roger of Mt. Pleasant, and two sisters, Betty Marks of Grandview and Mary Boline of Burlington.

      He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Virginia Adkison.
