Darl C. Kyle

      Darl C. Kyle, 90, of Washington, died Monday, Oct. 13, 2008, in the United Presbyterian Home in Washington following a lengthy illness.

      Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, in the Keota Cemetery in Keota with the Rev. Kitch Shatzer officiating. Burial will be in the Keota Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Washington County. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is handling the arrangements.

      Mr. Kyle was born Aug. 18, 1918, in Pleasant Plain, the son of Ira and Savilla (Kiger) Kyle. He married Marjorie Lynn on June 2, 1940 in Washington D.C.
