Darlene Dorothy Adams
KEOTA-Darlene Dorothy Adams, 81, of Keota, died Sunday, May 23, 2004, at English Valley Care Center in North English, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at Hope Lutheran Church in Sigourney on Wednesday, May 26, at 10:30 a.m., with the Rev. Richard Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Clarion, at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Visitation will be at Powell Funeral Home in Keota on Tuesday, from 4 to 8 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. A memorial fund has been established.
Mrs. Adams was born on Dec. 7, 1922, near Kingsley, to Joseph and Mary (Munch) Wetrosky. She married DeWayne Richard Adams on Sept. 3, 1946, in Sioux City.
