David C. Green

David C. Green, 54, of Broomfield, Colo., formerly of Washington, died Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at his home, of a sudden and unexpected illness.

    Celebration of life services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 4, at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington with the Rev. Bob Wollenberg officiating.  Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.  A memorial has been established to a scholarship for Washington High School graduating athletes.

    Mr. Green was born Sept. 4, 1955, in Keota, the son of Chester Ogden and Harriet (Schantz) Green.
