David Duane Baxter
David Duane Baxter, 44, of Mt. Pleasant, died suddenly at his home Monday, Feb. 7, 2005.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 10 in the chapel of the Forest Home Cemetery with Pastor Rod Cooper officiating. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery.
Survivors include four sisters, Anna Loyd and Mona Gates, both of New London, June Moeller of Salem and Margaret Gillispie of Mt. Pleasant; four brothers, Jim Baxter of Medicine Lodge, Kan., George Baxter of Miami, Okla., Carl Baxter of Keosauqua and Bill Baxter of Mt. Pleasant; and a special friend Mort Whitney.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
