David E. Essary

      David E. Essary, 60, of Fairfield, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2008, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

      A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Jim McGaffey officiating. Burial of cremains will be at a later date.

      Family visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

      Mr. Essary was born Nov. 12, 1947, in Iowa City, the son of Donald and Donna Snook Essary.

      Mr. Essary graduated from Fairfield High School and was employed by Alcoa and Middlekoop Seed Co.
