David Mark Allen
David Mark Allen, 57, of Topeka, Kan., and formerly of New London, died on Saturday, Oct. 14, at his residence in Topeka.
Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18, at the Elliot Chapel in New London, with Pastor Dot Hasler officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Cemetery in Mt. Union. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 17, at Elliot Chapel in New London, where the family will receive them. A memorial has been made to the American Heart Association.
