David R. Woodsmall

David Ray Woodsmall, 51, of Salem, died Friday, Feb.13, at Great River Hospice House in West Burlington.

Visitation began at 2 p.m. today, Feb. 16, at Murphy Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, at Salem Friends Church in Salem, with Rev. Nathan Martin officiating. Burial will be at Salem East Cemetery.

He was born July 20, 1957, in Burlington, the son of Robert and Anna Bollinger Woodsmall. On March 7, 1991, he married Sharon Barber in Mt. Pleasant.
