NORTH ENGLISH ? Elray Eugene Hoylman, 84, of North English, died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015, at his home.
Celebration of life services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Aug. 31, at the West Union Mennonite Church in rural Parnell. Burial will be in the West Union Mennonite Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m., Sunday at the church. A general memorial fund has been established. Powell Funeral Homes is in charge of the arrangements.
