Debra K. Polson September 21, 1954 - October 30, 2003

      Debra K. Polson, 49, of Burlington, died at 2:37 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2003, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.

      The private funeral service will be on Tuesday, Nov. 4 in the chapel of the Hass Funeral Home in Burlington, with the Rev. Randy Gearhart officiating. Burial will be in Greenglade Cemetery in Farmington. Visitation began at 8 a.m. to day at the funeral home, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established.

      Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Jamie Lambert of San Jose, Calif.; her mother of Burlington; a granddaughter; a brother, Kent Benedict of Burlington; and a sister, Beverly Benedict of Burlington.

      She was preceded in death by her father.
