DEBRA STAUFFER (REMBOLD)

Debra passed away Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2021.

She was the daughter of

the late Shirley Rembold (Conklin) and the late Paul Rembold, her adoptive father. The late Lloyd Luers Jr. was her biological father.

She is survived by Linda Matthews (Jack), Craig Rembold (Dana) and Sarah Berndt (Kenny). She was aunt to Micah Carner (Mike), Brandon Matthews, Drew Kaufman (Ezra) and Dallas Kaufman; two great-nieces and a nephew and several cousins.

Debra was married to Ricke Stauffer. They later divorced.

She was a longtime member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Washington. Debra graduated from Tipton Community Schools and began her work career at Norwood Promotional Products, formerly McCleery Cummings Calendar Factory in Washington, Iowa, until it closed. She obtained an associate degree from Kirkwood Community College and was a paralegal for Day, Meeker, Lamping, Schlegel and Salazar in Washington, Iowa, until she moved to St. Louis in 2009.

Memorial contributions may be made in Debra's name to the Paws and More Animal Shelter in Washington.
